In 2002, a team of adventure-focused experts—with 22 years of deep battery industry experience—founded LIPOWER. They lived for travel, but their trips kept hitting a snag: the constant hassle of outdoor power. No easy access to outlets, short-lived portable chargers, glacial charging speeds… it always ruined their adventures.  

But they weren’t just travelers—they were energy specialists. So they asked: Why not build a real power solution, for themselves and every outdoor lover tired of these headaches? That’s when LIPOWER took shape. With a consumer-first mindset, they combined automotive-grade lithium-ion batteries, high-performance BMS (Battery Management System) tech, and pure sine wave inverters to create portable power stations that are safe, compact, fast-charging, and durable.  

Before launching LIPOWER as our own brand, we cut our teeth as an OEM for the industry’s top names—refining our BMS and inverter skills until we mastered them. This decades-long expertise translated to 125 product patents, plus internationally trusted certifications (CQC, CE, UL, UN38.3, MSDS). We also established an ISO 9001 quality management system and earned recognition as a high-tech enterprise. When we launched LIPOWER in 2021, our first product was an instant success—and we’ve stuck to that strict quality standard ever since. Those patents and certifications?
