We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Usually your cancellation request will be processed the next day, and the refund will be returned to your payment account on the same day.
LIPOWER always aims for the highest customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your products or the products turn out to be defective then you can claim a return or refund.
We afford the return shipping fee with following status：
- The received product has quality problems (non-human deliberate destruction)
- The products received are not applicable to the application scenario （Eg: Model does not match, Unable to install, product is not working properly）
- The products received does not meet expectations（Eg: Purchased a green product, but received a red product）
*If you claim a return that exceed 30 days free return period or without any defected or damaged devices, you need to afford the return shipping fee yourselves.
*If the above conditions are met, customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product.
*To be eligible for a return, your item must be Undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return.
*Customers need to provide own order number or proof of purchase to receive a full refund to your original form of payment, You can find your order number in any of the emails we sent you about the order.

Late or missing refunds
