Return & Refund Policy

We have a complete return and exchange process to ensure that your rights are not infringed.

Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Usually your cancellation request will be processed the next day, and the refund will be returned to your payment account on the same day.

Returns

LIPOWER always aims for the highest customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your products or the products turn out to be defective then you can claim a return or refund.

We afford the return shipping fee with following status：
- The received product has quality problems (non-human deliberate destruction)
- The products received are not applicable to the application scenario （Eg: Model does not match, Unable to install, product is not working properly）
- The products received does not meet expectations（Eg: Purchased a green product, but received a red product）

*We offer a 30-day hassle-free money-back guarantee(We only provide prepaid return label for quality problem products. Other than that, customers need to pay for the return shipping fee.). This only applies to product purchased directly from LIPOWER. For all other purchases, please contact the retailer/distributor you purchased from directly and follow their return policy.
*Please note-30-Day money-back guarantee not applicable on unpacked/used products. Please make sure the package is in good condition and will not affect the re-sale.
*Customers need to provide own order number or proof of purchase to receive a full refund to your original form of payment, You can find your order number in any of the emails we sent you about the order.

Notes: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
After receiving your return request, we will process it within 1 working days （excluding public holidays）

Shipping
To return an item, you should first contact our customer service: We will process your return request send you the detailed address within 1 to 2 bussiness days.
If you claim a return that exceed 30 days free return period or without any defected or damaged devices, you need to afford the return shipping fee yourselves.

*Please note: Some returns we may charge the shipping fee from you. Like change your mind or ordered wrong items when shipping is proceeded, then we will charge the shipping fee from your payments.

Refunds 
We offer a full refund on all products returned to us within 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact us at service@lipower.com to process your return.

Once we receive confirmation that the product has been sent back to us, your refund will be immediately issued back to your original form of payment. refunds may show up on your original form of payment up to 1~2 business days after we have initiated the refund.(excluding public holidays) 

Exchanges
We only accept exchanges for those products that are damaged or defective upon delivery. If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us at service@lipower.com with a description of the damage or defect within 30 days of the purchase date.

We typically do not offer exchanges on any damaged or defective products after this 30-day period has expired, however we encourage you to reach out to our customer service at service@lipower.com we will always do our best to provide you with a fast and effective solution. 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@lipower.com.
