I drive a 2011, RAM 1500, with the V-8 5.7L Hemi engine. I've added several extra electrical loads to the truck: a 100W HF amateur radio and a 50W VHF/UHF transceiver, a motorized retractable antenna mount, bed illumination, a 2 KW inverter for power tools, and on occasion a portable fridge. I found that the truck, sitting undriven for a few weeks, would have battery problems the next time I started it (the parasitic drain was only 50mA, which is reported to be normal for this vehicle). I was paranoid about leaving any accessories operating for any length of time without the engine running. The AGM battery (800 CCA) that is being replaced was less than 2 years old and it checks as "good" with a couple different battery monitoring tools. This is what I have lived until now, having replaced it with the LiPower Solid State battery.Cranking power of of the LiPower battery is 1500 CCA and a reserve capacity of 180 minutes, both beyond what AGM batteries have provided. The AGM battery weighs 52 pounds (see pictures) while the LiPower battery is right at 21 pounds (after handling traditional lead-acid and AGM batteries for years, this solid state battery feels empty). Replacement was a snap - I had a little difficulty removing the old battery given its weight and height of the truck engine bay, even with a step stool. Installation of the LiPower battery was a breeze with its light weight and exact matching dimensions.The warranty is 5 years, though the marketing material indicates the battery may last up to 10 years. For me, given the price, this is a "buy once, cry once" situation. I shouldn't have to think about replacing it after three years as with traditional lead-acid chemistries. If it lasts more than 5 years I figure it'll come out ahead on cost.However, cost was not the main issue for me. Rather, it was the anticipated ability to allow the electrical system to run devices for far longer periods with the engine off and still have plenty of reserve to start the truck. The starting performance was noticeably better. The first time the engine was cranked I could hear the difference - faster starter-motor RPM.The battery read 13.1 Volts out of the box, which is higher than the typical 12.6V full-charge voltage of a lead-acid battery. Assuming that this is LiFePo4 battery chemistry, a 13.1V reading doesn't necessarily mean that it's fully charged since the discharge voltage curve is relatively flat and only begins to noticeably drop as the full-discharge point is approached.NOTE: The marketing literature and instruction booklet never specifies that the chemistry is LiFePo4, but I'm going on the assumption that it is until I learn otherwise. The product includes a battery management system (BMS), which serves to protect the battery from overcharging and over discharging.I noted before buying that the product ratings in the reviews are all 5-stars, but they are a relatively small number and they are all less than a year old given how new the product is. Time will determine the overall quality and durability of this product. For now, my initial impressions are quite good with high expectations of it delivering what I need.

The group 94r size fits my 2015 F150 XLT. It’s an upgrade size wise. I can definitely tell it’s got way more juice starting. That crank turns faster. It came with 13.4 volts. The old battery settle around 12.5 volts. That is 1 volt different! I like that it’s much lighter too. Hoping this battery will last the lift of the truck.

Installed this battery in my 2003 986 Porsche Boxster. Direct fit and so far seemed compatible with the original car charging system. Holds constant charge of 13.5 volts after driving. After one week of discharge (working on the car using accessories, cranking/starting car over 3-4x to move it around the driveway, still holds constant voltage 13.2-13.4)Weights less than 18lbs. So at least 20-25lbs lighter than lead acid battery. Important in a light weight sports car.

Great battery replacement for auto vehicle. Working as expected.

Purchased a group 48 / H6 battery for my 2018 3.6 L V6 GMC ACADIA. Like everyone says nice and light fit with no issues and off I went.Within minutes I received a service charging system in my infotainment screen. Dang I was so bummed and disappointed. So I went online and started reading and working with Claude AI I was able to find a solution. Unplug the negative post CT that is supposed to be for fuel efficiency by ramping alternator up and down depending on driving and voltage. This stupid system could not understand what the LifeP04 battery and BMS were doing. So it just gave up, but once unplugged it worked.I then went online a 350 mile trip the next day with a prayer driving from inland early morning 65 outside to the coast 55 outside. The entire time I checked my battery voltage on my infotainment and it ranged from 13.4-13.65 during the drive consistently. When I would coast down long hills by letting off throttle (automatic transmission still in drive) the alternator would ramp to 14.5 and again no issues with BMS or new battery.We stayed at beach for 5-6 hours then drove back home inland where 100 degrees plus was waiting for us. We again saw same charging as the way to the coast, no messages nothing. We got 3/4 of the way home stopped for food it was hot at this point probably 100-101 and the car was heat soaked. We parked went in ate for 30 mins came out vehicle started right up. Under hood temps had to be over 150-160 easily.We then headed home another 30-50 mins some in town some highway again charging system working great and no messages. So at this point I believe I am good, yes charging system doesn’t ramp to 100% voltage off and on like with an agm and the ct plugged in on the negative cable. But charging this battery at 13.65 volts is a good place to hold a lifepo4 for its life. Not super high voltage in a super hot area.My only concern is really heat and I plan to build a heat shield on the one side of the battery that faces the engine so that heat is reflected away from the battery casing.I will update this if anything goes wrong or changes.As of now I’m very happy

Customer service was very fast to respond with very clear and concise answers to my questions. The fact that I received a relevant and coherent response to my questions and that they sent a message with an explicit list of requirements (checklist) before the battery shipped did impress me. Looks like they care about customer satisfaction!The battery arrived early and well packaged with clear installation instructions (not that a car battery replacement should require much instructions). It is very light compared to a regular lead acid battery. My wife, who cannot pick the original battery off the floor, was easily able to carry this around. I had no problem fitting this in a 2016 Odyssey LX and the install was no different from any other battery replacement I have done. Even though this particular vehicle does have and IBS (Intelligent Battery Sensor) sensor, there is no need (or way) to "register" this battery with OBD2 scanner. The Internet seems to confirm this for this specific vehicle. I charged it with a long drive (since I needed to do this anyway) rather than a cheap "smart" charger because I was not willing to trust a new battery to a cheap charger (even if the charger explicitly stated it had a mode for Lithium or LiPO4). Car has repeatedly started quickly with new battery. This feels like a drop in replacement for the standard FLA/AGM battery (but your mileage may vary depending on your vehicle). The physical dimensions were spot on for Group .24FThe fundamental problem with ANY review of this kind is that there is no way to comment on, what is by far, the most important aspect of a car battery: how long does it last! If i get anywhere close to the potential 10 year life, then this will have been an AMAZING purchase. Even if the battery lasts beyond the 5 year warranty, I will be a very satisfied customer.I purchased a slightly more expensive option compared to an AGM battery with the hopes that it will give reliable, trouble free operation for at least as long as a standard FLA battery. The sale price seems like great value for money if this is true. So far things are off to a great start!

Just installed this battery yesterday (7/16). Works great. Battery has 1200 CCA, low drain, reportedly lasts 8-10 years, contains NO liquid (is Solid State), and is relatively LIGHT WEIGHT. My vehicle requires a GROUP 24F battery. The "F" stands for "Flip". Although this battery is classified as Group 24, Flipping it around (ie inserting it so the front of battery faces back of vehicle), effectively converts it to a Group 24F. This is important if your NEGATIVE battery pole is on the right side and POSITIVE pole on the left side (as it is in my vehicle). This orientation occurs in a Group 24F battery. In a group 24 battery, the NEGATIVE pole is on the LEFT and POSITIVE pole on the right. The 24 refers to the height of the battery. Make sure you select the appropriate GROUP for your vehicle. In any event, the battery starts my car right up, lickity split. If it truly lasts as long as advertised (8-10 years), it will truly be worth it.

Ok soo why purchase this for a 2014 XKR ?. Well the original battery Varta brand lasted ~ 10Yrs.! . Very expensive and could only be had through Jaguar dealers if available in the U.S.A. , forget that. Went and purchased two/2 other brands , whtn. 2 yrs., one gave out totally ( very disappointed with AC Delco gold AGM, ) , the other ( Duralast ) ran it for one/1 year , became apprehensive about possibly being stranded again so I purchased this for the following reasons ... My vehicle has a higher battery load when off ( Yes it's within normal range ) , and in addition Ihave installed an OBD2 Bth to phone scanner which is always connected, additionally the car at times sits unused for 2 weeks , with a charger connected.Always wanted to use a LiFePo battery since their discharge curve unlike a lead acid/AMG chemistry is more linear,however was always afraid on the safety ( fire ) of Lithium chemistries since I have No control over the actual quality.When seeing that this is a " Solid State ", the additional safety margin in that chemistry set me at ease hence the purchase.Is it truly 'Solid State' ? Since its such a new tech. short of opening it up , I trust so .How is it performing ? Great ! , had it in vehicle for 2+ months , and on more than one occurrence I did not drive car for 15 days, without a charger on this battery during that parked time, and it started right up.How is the exterior quality/build ? It arrived, packaged well and with sufficient charge to start my old truck that hadn’t been started in over a year. The dimensions were exactly as described. It is much lighter than a typical lead/acid battery. Time will tell how durable it is but I see no reason to worry.

So far so good, bought for my 2004 RX8, it fit fine in the battery box. It’s less than half the weight of my Die Hard AGM battery. Write another update in 6 months. Manufacturer made sure my battery terminals were in the right place also.

I was hesitant to make the purchase but so far I am glad I did. Installed it in my C7 Grand Sport and it fired up quickly. After running through a couple AGM batteries and a LiFePO4, I am optimistic this will be the winner. It has only been a couple weeks so we shall see. The weight, or lack there of, is amazing!
