A: With its 2000W(4000W surge) AC inverter, this portable power station can power most of your appliances under 2000W. such as hot water heaters, coffee maker, fridge, electric grill, microwave, power tools and so on; Once exceeding, the power station will shut off automatically to protect the power station.

Q2: Can it be used to jump start a car?

A: We are very sorry, but it cannot be used to jump start a vehicle. However, it can be an emergency backup for your electric vehicle, such as Tesla.

Q3: How long will MARS-2000 power my device?

A: Working time (estimation) = 1460Wh * 0.85 / operating power of your device. (0.85=Conversion Rate) Kindly note the actual working time may vary under different circumstances.

Q4: What is the useful battery life? How long will it last before it has to be replaced?

LiFePO4 battery with 3500+ cycles to 80%, The ultra-safe LiFePO4 battery packs and premium BMS tech offer multiple protections to your MARS-2000, making it a reliable power backup that can last longer than a decade.

Q5: Can I charge the portable power station while a device is plugged in?

Yes, it supports pass-through charging and please make sure the power station has at least 10% power left. But we don't recommend it as it will decrease the battery life.

Q6: Can this Portable Power Station be used as UPS?

A: No, it can't turn on and off automatically. The Portable Power Station need to press the power button to turn on the AC/USB /DC output.

Q7: How to keep this portable power station when it is not used for a long time?

A:If the battery is to be unused for a long time (more than 3 months), it should be maintained at 60-80% of the rated capacity (it's recommended to check and charge every 3 months). Store it in a dry and cool place with temperature range between 0 ℃~40 ℃, and humidity 0%~60%. Avoid contact with corrosive substances, and far from fifire and heat sources.
