Free shipping for all orders in the contiguous U.S. Currently, LIPOWER only ships to the continental U.S and does not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, any P.O. box, or other countries.
Adult Signature Required Delivery needs to pay an extra $9.99. The Courier will make sure the package is signed by an adult over 21 years old. When delivered. they won't put the package in your yard or in front of your door. they will contact you for the next delivery time.
We have warehouses in Los Angeles and California,all our products will be shipped from the US warehouse by UPS, USPS, FedEx, and etc. We will use its discretion to choose the most appropriate carrier for the safe and efficient delivery of your order.

Order Status
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1 working day upon confirmation of payment from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. In general, it may take several working days for delivery, depending on the different delivery methods (3-7 Business Days).
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Note: The intensity of sunlight in a day is different, so the actual input solar power also changes. The conversion rate various from the solar panel, weather condition, strength of the sunlight, angle and altitude, etc.
