Free shipping for all orders in the contiguous U.S. Currently, LIPOWER only ships to the continental U.S and does not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, any P.O. box, or other countries.
Adult Signature Required Delivery needs to pay an extra $9.99. The Courier will make sure the package is signed by an adult over 21 years old. When delivered. they won't put the package in your yard or in front of your door. they will contact you for the next delivery time.
We have warehouses in Los Angeles and California,all our products will be shipped from the US warehouse by UPS, USPS, FedEx, and etc. We will use its discretion to choose the most appropriate carrier for the safe and efficient delivery of your order.

Order Status
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1 working day upon confirmation of payment from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Tracking Order

If the parcel has not arrived after you had expected it to, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help by contacting the courier on your behalf.
All orders for purchasing bundles will be shipped by different packages. There will be multiple tracking numbers. All of them may not reach you at the same time.
How to longer power a CPAP?
Please prepare a DC converter using with CPAP, it will last longer(not included), using without DC converter may only last 4-6H.
RECHARGE AND CHARGE
PA300 support pass-through charging (except 2*DC ports), please note that it will cause damage to battery life.
PLEASE NOTE
PA300 is NOT applicable for high-power appliances rated above 300W
